田房铜钨矿床赋存于变质核杂岩构造变质核西部,形成晚志留纪南温河花岗岩体中富含铜、钨等金属硫化物及燕山运动都龙超单元原地准原地再生花岗岩侵入,发生广泛的区域变质及区域动力热流变质作用,产生大量的含矿变质热液受F1剥离断层控制多次叠加、改造、富集,在南捞片麻岩组顶部富集成矿。通过分析矿区地质、矿体特征、矿石质量、矿石类型、成矿原因等,得出矿床为热液脉型硅酸盐酸性侵入岩变质改造钨铜矿床。
