目的:加强静脉用药配置中心(PIVAS)的管理,提升其服务水平,确保成品输液质量。方法:基于国际医院联合委员会认证标准(JCI标准),从规范药品管理、差错管理以及手卫生3个方面探索PIVAS管理新方法。结果:我院PIVAS在JCI标准指导下通过运用目视管理、编码定位管理、溯源管理等方法,有效提升了PIVAS的质量管理水平,提高了医疗服务质量,2014年差错发生率由1月份的0.068%下降到了12月份的0.029%。结论:JCI标准指导下的质量管理可有效促进患者静脉用药安全。
Objective: To strengthen the administration of PIVAS, improve its service level and ensure the quality of finished product infusion. Methods: Based on the JCI Accreditation Criteria (JCI standard), a new approach to PIVAS management was explored from the three aspects of regulating drug administration, error management and hand hygiene. Results: Under the guidance of JCI standard, PIVAS in our hospital effectively improved the quality management of PIVAS and improved the quality of medical service through the methods of visual management, coding location management and traceability management. In 2014, the incidence of error increased from 0.068 in January % Dropped to 0.029% in December. Conclusion: The quality management under the guidance of JCI standard can effectively promote the safety of intravenous drug in patients.
