我国工会界对于构建和谐社会中工会作用的认识主要包括:工会作为党领导下的群众组织在构建和谐社会中的责任义不容辞,工会发挥作用的主要领域是企业,工会发挥作用的重点是在企业中努力构建和谐的劳动关系,构建和谐的劳动关系的重点是建立“四个机制”。这些认识大多是原则性的、框架性的,还有许多问题有待展开:分解目标尚不明确,对于政策效应缺乏研究,对于实现目标的手段、步骤、策略缺乏研究,对于“三大规律”的研究有待深化。
The awareness of the trade unions in our country on the role of trade unions in building a harmonious society includes: unification of trade unions as the responsibility of the mass organizations under the leadership of the Party in building a harmonious society; the main areas where trade unions play a role are the enterprises; the focus of trade unions’ Efforts to build a harmonious labor relations, building a harmonious labor relations focus is to establish “four mechanisms.” Most of these understandings are principle and framework. For the “three major laws” Research needs to be deepened.
