目的:测定浙江不同产地桑椹中原花色素的含量,并进行比较。方法:采用分光光度法测定氯化花色素,测定波长为545nm。结果:浦江、建德、淳安、慈溪、丽水、湖州产的桑椹中原花色素含量分别为4.78%,2.53%,3.15%,3.81%,3.09%,4.26%。结论:浙江省不同产地桑椹中的原花色素含量差异较大,其顺序为浦江>湖州>慈溪>淳安>丽水>建德,表明其存在着显著的基因型差异。
Objective: To determine the content of anthocyanin in mulberry leaves of different habitats in Zhejiang Province and compare them. Methods: Spectrophotometric determination of chlorinated anthocyanin, determination of wavelength of 545nm. Results: The contents of anthocyanin in mulberry in Pujiang, Jiande, Chun’an, Cixi, Lishui and Huzhou were 4.78%, 2.53%, 3.15%, 3.81%, 3.09% and 4.26% respectively. CONCLUSION: The contents of proanthocyanidins in mulberry leaves of different habitats in Zhejiang Province are quite different. The sequence is Pujiang> Huzhou> Cixi> Chun’an> Lishui> Jiande, indicating that there is a significant genotype difference.
