目的:建立补虚颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,乙腈:1%冰醋酸水溶液(25:75)为流动相;流速:0.8 ml·min~(-1);柱温:25℃;检测波长:323 nm。结果:阿魏酸在0.59~4.72μg·ml~(-1)具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.86%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Buxu particles. METHODS: High-performance liquid chromatography was used on a Kromasil C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile: 1% aqueous acetic acid (25:75) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min. (-1); column temperature: 25°C; detection wavelength: 323 nm. Results: The ferulic acid had a good linear relationship (r=0.9993) in the range of 0.59-4.72 μg·ml-1. The average recovery was 101.0%, and the RSD was 1.86% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
