在轻型钢结构建筑中采用的以单面角焊缝连接翼缘和腹板的组合H形截面钢构件 ,其焊缝接头性能尚未得到充分的试验验证。为此进行了两个基础性系列试验 :对单面角焊缝接头的 5 7个试件通过金相分析测定熔深 ,对 2 6个试件进行焊缝抗剪试验。试验结果表明 ,在单调静力荷载条件下 ,单面连接角焊缝有良好的承载和变形性能 ,可以按照钢结构设计规范有关规定计算其设计承载力。
The performance of welded joints of composite H-section steel members with flanges and webs connected by single fillet welds used in light-weight steel structures has not been adequately tested. Two fundamental series of tests were carried out for this purpose: weld depth was measured by metallographic analysis on 57 specimens of single-angle fillet joints, and 24 specimens were tested for shear resistance. The experimental results show that under the condition of monotonic static load, the single-side fillet weld has good bearing and deformation properties, and the designed bearing capacity can be calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the steel structure design code.
