通过对分流锥失效形式和机理的分析,探索提高分流锥使用寿命的途径和措施,发现通过真空淬火、回火以及离子氮化处理可以显著提高分流锥的使用寿命。
By analyzing the failure form and mechanism of the tapping cone, the ways and measures to improve the service life of the tapping cone are explored. It is found that the service life of tapping cone can be significantly increased by vacuum quenching, tempering and ion nitriding.
