近年来,研究发现纳米铜在催化、电化学等方面有着非常优异的性能,但是易被氧化的缺陷阻碍了其进一步应用,因此制备碳包覆铜金属纳米粒子有重要的意义。以硝酸铜为金属源、以蔗糖为碳源,经还原-退火制备出具有核壳结构的碳包覆铜金属纳米粒子。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、Raman等测试手段对样品进行了研究。结果表明,粒子大小分布均匀,具有明显的核壳结构:核为fcc型铜,粒径20~60 nm;壳为石墨化程度较低的非晶碳,厚度10 nm。
In recent years, it has been found that nano-Cu has excellent properties in catalysis and electrochemistry. However, defects that are apt to be oxidized prevent its further application. Therefore, preparation of carbon-coated Cu nanoparticles is of great significance. Copper-coated carbon nanoparticles with core-shell structure were prepared by reduction-annealing using copper nitrate as the metal source and sucrose as the carbon source. The samples were studied by XRD, SEM, TEM, Raman and other testing methods. The results show that the size distribution of the particles is uniform and the core-shell structure is obvious. The core is fcc type copper with particle size of 20-60 nm. The shell is amorphous carbon with a low degree of graphitization with a thickness of 10 nm.
