本文对我国日趋完善的计划生育服务系统的发生发展、特殊地位及其功能进行了剖析,论述了在开展艾滋病社区预防项目时充分利用计划生育服务系统的合理性和必要性,并且提出了开展艾滋病社区预防的实施对策。
