铝粉球形化显著地改善了推进剂的力学性能;然而推进剂的燃速明显地降低。可通过调节球形Ap D_(43)粒径法提高燃速。用1~#球形铝粉代替1~#或3~#非球形铝粉时,推进剂的常温伸长率分别提高4.0%~8.0%或8.0%~14.0%。
Spherical aluminum powder significantly improves the mechanical properties of the propellant; however, the burning rate of the propellant is significantly reduced. By adjusting the spherical Ap D_ (43) particle size method to improve the burning rate. When using 1 ~ # spherical aluminum powder instead of 1 ~ # or 3 ~ # non-spherical aluminum powder, the room temperature elongation of the propellant increased by 4.0% ~ 8.0% or 8.0% ~14.0% respectively.
