针对飞机机翼角盒裂纹问题,利用有限元分析方式对其受载进行强度校核,并通过成分分析、硬度检测、宏观分析和显微分析等手段对其裂纹产生的原因进行深入分析。结果表明,在调质过程中由于热处理方式不正确,造成钢构件表面组织氧化脱碳,使组织硬度下降,在长期的交变应力影响下出现了磨损等现象,成为了裂纹诱发源,最终在残留腐蚀液的作用下出现了裂纹失效。
Aiming at the crack problem of aircraft wing box, the strength of the loaded box was checked by finite element analysis, and the cause of cracks was analyzed by means of composition analysis, hardness testing, macroscopical analysis and microscopic analysis. The results show that due to the improper heat treatment during quenching and tempering, the surface structure of the steel component is oxidized and decarburized, which leads to the decrease of the hardness of the structure. Under the influence of long-term alternating stress, wear and other phenomena appear and become the source of crack initiation. Residual corrosion solution under the action of a crack failure.
