2015年上半年,腌制蔬菜产业发展总体平稳,产量、产值、利税均有上升。企业间竞争加剧,小型企业盈利能力有所下降,亏损面有扩大趋势。一、行业发展特点(一)行业总体增长放缓1~6月,规模以上腌制蔬菜企业完成主营业务收入1091.0亿元,同比增长10.3%;实现利润总额71.4亿元,同比增长14.6%;应缴增值税23.4亿元,同比增长16.6%。今年以来,腌制蔬菜产业的总产值增长速度明显放缓,上半年的增速比下降了1.6%,加工增值能力回落0.1%。
