目前我国公立医院也同样面对来自市场的挑战同时,同样面对来自市场的风险,其中最重要的一项就是财务风险。向像所有企业一样,财务风险的处理不当就会影响医院的正常运转。在这种情况下财务风险的预警显得格外的重要。笔者针对于公立医院财务风险的现状,探讨构建公立医院财务风险预警系统的方式与策略,从而尽可能的减少财务风险的损失,促进公立医院健康持续发展。
At present, public hospitals in our country also face the same challenges from the market. Meanwhile, we also face the risks from the market. The most important one is the financial risk. Like all businesses, improper handling of financial risks can affect the normal operation of the hospital. In this case, early warning of financial risks is particularly important. In view of the status quo of public hospital financial risk, the author discusses the ways and tactics of establishing public hospital financial risk early warning system so as to reduce the loss of financial risk as much as possible and promote the healthy and sustainable development of public hospital.
