On September 14, the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of New Champions 2011 (the 5th Summer Davos Forum) opened in Dalian. Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech entitled “Achieving a Development of Longer Period, Higher Level and Better Quality”. Wen Jiabao pointed out: In the first decade of the new century, it was a decade of major readjustment and major changes in the political and economic structure in the world.
