诗歌是文学中的文学,在中国古代文学史上占据举足轻重的地位。中国的古典诗歌其是否可译,自古就说法不一。有一些中外大家把中国的诗歌翻译成英文,但毕竟不是原文再现,造成译文的缺憾美。本文以《游子吟》为例,从措辞、韵律等角度探讨中国古典诗歌的不可译性,让更多的人通晓中国古典诗歌的原文美所在。
Poetry is the literature in literature, occupying a pivotal position in the history of Chinese ancient literature. Whether classical Chinese poetry is translatable or not is different from ancient times. Some Chinese and foreign people have translated Chinese poetry into English, but after all, they are not original textual reappearances, resulting in the imperfect beauty of the translation. Taking “You Zi Yin” as an example, this article explores the untranslatability of Chinese classical poetry from the aspects of wording and rhythm, and makes more people know the original beauty of Chinese classical poetry.
