上海铸管厂铸工车间的10t桥式起重机,跨度为16.5m,使用已超过廿年。其箱形主梁在卸荷时有严重下挠和旁弯,但主梁受负荷后所增加的下挠,在卸荷后仍能恢复弹性变形。针对这种情况,采用就地起吊的火焰矫正法,修复了主梁的下挠和旁弯,取得了修复迅速、占地较少的效果。现介绍修复的经过。一、修复前的主梁测试结果1.起吊时挠度先对起重机按规定进行静负荷试验。起重量为11t,超负荷10%,起吊两次,每次吊重时间为10分钟。起吊时,主梁中间处的最大挠度为-14mm,卸荷后挠度恢复到一定值。
