摩托车离合器粉末冶金齿轮(见图1),是采用粉末冶金工艺无切削加工成形的,且具有径向尺寸大,高度尺寸小,中心7孔位置度要求高等特点,以往只能依赖进口。1993年,我们协同有关单位共同开发该齿轮,以实现国产化。经过近几年的攻关,取得了重大突破。由于粉末冶金齿轮存在孔隙,使导热性降低,影响淬硬层深度、硬度,也易于出现裂纹和变形。因此,该摩托车齿轮对高频淬火热处理要求较高,既要一定的表面硬度和淬硬层深度,又要防止齿轮变形和开裂。我们经过从材料到工艺的不断探索,已稳定了该齿轮的高频淬火工艺,其淬火质量达到或超过同类日本FCC公司的标准,且高频废品率明显降低。

After continuous exploration from material to process, we have stabilized the high-frequency quenching process of this gear, and its quenching quality meets or exceeds the standards of similar Japanese FCC companies, and the rejection rate of high-frequency products is significantly reduced.
