随着我国改革开放的不断发展,全球经济一体化的不断深入,英语教学对于培养新一代外语水平、开展国际交往、促进交流和掌握新的科学技术知识,提高工作的水平的重要性和必要性已得到社会的广泛共识。作为义务教育阶段的初中英语教学,更应该重视为学生的终身学习打下基础。我在多年英语教学中认识到,提高初中英语教学质量,关键在于教师转变教育观念,推进教学创新,实现师生互为主体的课堂教学。而教学互动又在于教师的“善教”与学生的“乐学”。
