用于计算机的数字集成电路必须按照规范指标严格挑选。但常常有不少电路只是因为输出电平不合格而被淘汰。或者是输出高电平过低,或者是输出低电平过高。如果我们改变一下输出下拉电阻,那么其中很多电路完全可以用于小型的实验控制系统,也可用于其它的小型系统。这从ECL10K电路的输出特性就可以明白。
Digital integrated circuits used in computers must be carefully selected according to specifications. But often there are many circuits that have been eliminated just because of unacceptable output levels. Either the output high or low, or the output low. If we change the output pull-down resistor a bit, many of these circuits can be used for small experimental control systems as well as other small systems. This can be understood from the output characteristics of the ECL10K circuit.
