Objective To investigate the nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms after chemotherapy and its effect on adverse reactions of chemotherapy. Nutritional status of patients were evaluated by subjective comprehensive nutritional assessment (SGA) Impact on Quality of Life and Adverse Drug Reactions. Results There were 26 cases (28.9%) with malnutrition and 64 cases (71.1%) with malnutrition after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Quality of life in patients with good nutritional status and malnutrition patients were different, but the adverse reactions in chemotherapy was not statistically different (P> 0.05).
