本文对加热炉待轧过程进行了数学模型的研究。根据不同待轧时间,运用最优控制理论中的最小值原理提出相应合理的待轧策略,以尽可能地减少待轧时加热炉的燃料消耗和钢坯的氧化烧损,提高产品的加热质量。
In this paper, the heating furnace to be rolling process mathematical model. According to the different time to be rolled, using the principle of the minimum value of the optimal control theory to put forward a reasonable strategy to be rolling to minimize the fuel consumption of the furnace to be rolled and the oxidative burning loss of the billet to improve the heating quality of the product.
