班主任工作是学校工作的基础性工作,直接影响教育教学质量的提升,对学生的有效引导管理有是学生成人、成才的重要保证。而高职校学生有着与一般普通学校学生不一样的个性心理特点,学习经历、生活经历、家庭背景等也从某种程度上体现出一定的异质性,这种异质性主要表现为学习状态的不稳定性、倦态性,生活目标的模糊性,人生价值的功利化倾向。这就需要我们在教育过程中积极探索,不断更新理念,改进工作方式,做有梦、有心、有情、有为的新时代高职校班主任。
