略论招赘婚姻对解决农村人口老龄化问题的积极意义

1 招赘婚姻的源渊 有关对婚姻与家庭起源的研究结果表明,从远古人类进入智人时期后,婚姻形式在漫长的发展过程中,前后经历了乱婚、两合氏群婚、对偶婚姻直至一夫一妻制的转变。人类婚姻制度的每次转变都是与当时社会生产条件相适应的。在原始社会,对偶家庭是以母亲为中心,女子定居于本氏族,丈夫来自其它氏族,实行男到女家从妇而居的一种婚姻方式而形成的。表面看来这是与当前招赘婚姻相似的最早形式,但究其外表和内容都存在着本质的区别。在发生第一次产业革命后,人类生产力水平有了显著提高,两性在生产中的地位再次趋向合拢,婚姻形式也逐渐发展为一夫一妻制。作为社会细胞的家庭随着社会发展有的壮大、有的消亡,但作为单个家庭都一直在谋求延续和抗争消亡。其中有的有女无儿户为了传宗接代就留女在家招婿上门,首开招赘婚姻的先河。我国云南省纳西族以没有女儿为绝后,家中无女,就抱养养女,或为男成员娶妻,娶来的媳妇就当“家长”或接班人,这在当地也算得上是招赘婚姻了。因此我们可以广义地称:招赘是家庭在遇到因子女性别而导致传统意识中的“绝后”现象时而采取的一种婚姻形式。它不是一种独立的婚姻现象,而是依附于当前社会传统婚姻之上的、为了维系传统婚姻的一种补救措施。如当前招赘家庭一旦?
