In all European countries, the teaching time in primary and junior high schools varies from year to year. In many countries, the initial teaching hours of primary schools are not very concentrated, and the teaching hours are gradually increased as the students grow older. Usually five days a week, except Italy, they are 6 days a week. No matter what the teaching time, the courses are almost the same. Every year each course is organized in detail. As for the content of compulsory education programs, most countries provide a flexible timetable to guide schools to make time for the convergence of curricula.
