[目的]查明食物中毒发生的原因,防止类似事件发生。[方法]对就餐现场卫生状况、流行病学进行调查,采集6份样品,按照GB/T 5009.45-2003《水产品卫生标准的分析方法》中4.4组胺测定方法进行实验室检测。[结果]300人就餐,87名发病,罹患率为29.00%。87例病人有共同午餐史,临床表现为头晕、头痛、恶心、面色潮红、胸闷等不适症状。剩余食品鲐鱼检出超标组胺382.0mg/100g。[结论]该事件是食用变质鲐鱼引起的急性组胺中毒。
[Objective] To identify the causes of food poisoning and prevent similar incidents. [Method] The health condition and epidemiology of dining area were surveyed. Six samples were collected and tested in accordance with 4.4 histamine determination method of GB / T 5009.45-2003 “Analysis Method of Hygienic Standard of Aquatic Products”. [Results] 300 people dined, 87 patients were attacked, the attack rate was 29.00%. 87 patients had a common lunch history, clinical manifestations of dizziness, headache, nausea, flushing, chest tightness and other symptoms. The remaining food bream fish detected excessive histamine 382.0mg / 100g. [Conclusion] This event is acute histamine poisoning caused by eating metamorphosis catfish.
