我院于1962年3月起先后采用氧气静脉注射及激素综合治疗慢性肝炎15例取得较为满意的疗效,兹摘要介绍如下: 治疗方法:①氧气治疗:用50毫升空针吸入纯氧,由静脉缓注,约15—20分钟注毕,每日一次。②激素疗法:丙酸睾丸酮100毫克肌肉注射,隔日一次。③其它茯肝疗法,如维生素B_1、维生素C、复方胆硷,及饮食营养疗法等,疗程为一个月。疗效分析:本组病例通过一个月的治疗,无论从症状、体征,以及化验等方面,皆有明显好转,如:(1)治疗后主要症状的改变:本组病例,治疗前皆有肝区痛,治疗后有13例好转,1例消失,1例无效;治疗前腹胀者9例,治疗后4例好转,4例消失,1例无效;治疗前食欲不振者10例,治
