本文首先对中国保育员队伍所存在的待遇、地位低,工作烦琐,专业发展需求得不到满足等现实困境进行了分析。在此基础上结合现有研究,提出提高保育员福利待遇及社会地位;增加保育员的配备,合理安排保育员的作息时间;建立健全保育员培训体系,满足保育员专业发展需求的对策。
This article first analyzes the current predicaments such as the treatment, the low status, the cumbersome work and the lack of professional development in China. On this basis, combined with existing research, proposed to improve child care worker welfare and social status; increase nursery staffing, reasonable arrangements for nursery students schedule; establish and improve nursery staff training system to meet the needs of nurses professional development countermeasures.
