二通插装阀由先导阀、主阀、控制盖板组成一个单元,其原理见图1。该阀与传统的滑阀式结构的液压元件相比,具有结构紧凑、加工容易、工作可靠、变型方便、易于集成化等优点。由于二通插装阀是采用座阀结构,没有滑阀的间隙泄漏,用在集成系统中,消除了从外管路和接头处泄漏的可能性。但从实际使用情况来看,二通插装阀及其集成系统在泄漏方面仍然存在问题,因此,对插装阀及其系统的泄漏采取了以下措施。1.对先导阀泄漏的防治滑阀式结构的先导阀,由于阀芯与阀体配合间隙的存在,因此高压腔油液会向低压腔渗漏,为防止这种现象,可减小阀芯与阀体的配合间隙,但会增加加工难度,同时也增加了先导阀电磁铁的推力。因此,最好选用无泄漏的球型先导阀(见图2),其效果为佳。
