[目的/意义]互联网时代的知识创新离不开知识网络,跨越组织边界进行知识创新已成为知识管理领域的前沿问题。通过探究知识创新在知识网络中的形成过程,构建基于网络嵌入的知识创新模型,为丰富知识管理理论,提高组织知识创新能力提供支持。[方法/过程]通过对网络嵌入、外部知识搜寻和知识创新相关文献的梳理,分析知识创新一般过程,了解企业网络关系嵌入、网络结构嵌入、外部知识搜寻及获取行为,构建基于网络嵌入的知识创新模型。[结果/结论]组织知识创新一般需要通过知识获取、知识整合、知识创造及知识利用过程来实现。处于网络中心的企业应通过网络关系嵌入和结构嵌入进行外部知识搜寻,实现组织外部知识获取。基于网络嵌入的知识创新模型是组织内和组织间知识创新的体现。
[Purpose / Significance] Knowledge innovation in the Internet era can not be separated from knowledge networks. Knowledge innovation across organizational boundaries has become a frontier issue in the field of knowledge management. By exploring the formation process of knowledge innovation in knowledge network and constructing a knowledge innovation model based on network embedding, it provides support for enriching knowledge management theory and improving organizational knowledge innovation ability. [Methods / Processes] Through the analysis of the literature on network embedding, external knowledge search and knowledge innovation, we analyze the general process of knowledge innovation, understand enterprise network relationship embedding, network structure embedding, external knowledge search and acquisition behavior, build knowledge based on network embedding Innovative model. [Results / Conclusion] Organizational knowledge innovation generally needs to be achieved through knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge creation and knowledge utilization process. Enterprises in the network center should embed external knowledge through network relationship embedding and structure embedding to realize external knowledge acquisition of the organization. Knowledge innovation model based on network embedding is the embodiment of knowledge innovation within and between organizations.
