江汉油田分公司江汉采油厂地质研究所是一个集滚动勘探开发于一体的生产科学研究单位,下设静态室、动态室、综合室、生产室、钻井项目部5个工作区。全所在册职工64人,其中,硕士学位4人,高级技术职称8人,中级技术职称25人。长期以来,地质研究所以打造精英地质团队为使命,围绕生产目标和油田勘探开发需求,加大主体开发技术攻关与集成,形成了江汉盐湖盆地不同类型油藏、不同开发阶段需求的滚动勘探开发技术系列,实现了油区储采平衡,促进了油田精细开发,为油田稳产提供了有力技术保障。该所连续两年获得中国石化股份公司“金牌地质所”、连年获得局先进基层单位,厂双文明模范集体与
