《条例》第二章和第三章分别规定了科学技术档案保管工作的要求,以及科学技术档案保护的环境和条件,并指出保管工作本身也是一门技术科学。充分认识这项工作的重要性,对做好档案的保护技术工作是至关重要的。
Chapter II and Chapter III of the Regulations respectively stipulate the requirements for the storage of scientific and technological archives and the environment and conditions for the protection of scientific and technological archives. They also point out that custody work itself is also a technical science. A full understanding of the importance of this work is crucial to the technical protection of archives.
