面对当前严峻的市场形势,要积极行动起来,立足岗位,尽职尽责,做到肩负责任、胸怀忠诚,我们企业就会从市场逆境中走出来,就能应对危机、不断发展。企业要想摆脱目前困境,就要培育企业的责任文化和忠诚文化,让每位员工都树立起高度的责任心和一颗对企业无比忠诚的心。因此,企业加强对职工的思想政治教育,是企业培育责任文化和忠诚文化的重要途径。笔者认为,我们要加强“一个教育”、完善“两个机制”、做到“三个结合”。
In the face of the current harsh market situation, we must take a proactive approach, base ourselves on positions, perform our duties with due diligence, shoulder our responsibilities and cherish loyalty. Our enterprises will emerge from the market adversity and can cope with the crisis and develop continuously. Enterprises want to get rid of the current predicament, it is necessary to cultivate the corporate culture of responsibility and loyalty culture, so that every employee is to establish a high sense of responsibility and a heart of loyalty to the enterprise. Therefore, to strengthen ideological and political education for employees is an important way for enterprises to cultivate a responsible culture and a loyal culture. In my opinion, we should strengthen “one education ”, improve “two mechanisms ” and achieve “three combinations ”.
