油井产量是油田开发的重要指标之一,为了能保障油井能持续稳定地为油田带来经济效益,我们需要处理自喷井、稠油井、高含蜡井、气井、装油嘴的放压井等所带来的不良影响,我们往往给它们做掺水伴热,尤其是在管线极易冻堵的冬季,井口掺水伴热流程就起到极其重要的作用。那么井口掺水伴热流程的选材和实用性就直接影响了油井的生产状况。本文针对现场掺水伴热流程的现状和遇到的难题提出几点改良措施。

Especially in the winter when the pipelines are extremely easy to block, the wellhead water adiabatic process plays an extremely important role. Then wellhead water heating process selection and availability of a direct impact on the production status of the well. In this paper, some advices for improvement are put forward in view of the status quo and problems encountered in the process of site mixing water heating.
