目的探讨微泡激励的超声空化效应对正常犬前列腺组织的损伤作用。方法15只健康成年雄性犬随机分为超声微泡组、单纯超声组和微泡假照组。在开腹情况下,联合经静脉推注微泡0.1ml/kg和脉冲式超声辐照前列腺10min,治疗后获取前列腺组织,进行大体、光镜和电镜检查。结果超声微泡组,光镜见前列腺细胞间隙可见显著的微血管破裂、大量出血和血肿形成;电镜可见细胞器肿胀,桥粒等细胞连接断裂,红细胞露出。结论超声激励的微泡空化效应对犬前列腺有明显的机械损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound cavitation on microbubble stimulation in normal dogs. Methods Fifteen healthy adult male dogs were randomly divided into ultrasound microbubbles group, ultrasound group and microbubble sham group. In the case of laparotomy, the prostate was co-injected with 0.1ml / kg microbubbles via intravenous injection and pulsed ultrasound irradiation for 10min. Prostate tissues were obtained after treatment, and examined by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results Ultrasound microbubble group, light microscopy showed significant microvascular rupture of prostate cell gap, a large number of hemorrhage and hematoma; electron microscopy can be seen organelles swelling, desmosomes and other cell connections broken, exposed red blood cells. Conclusion Ultrasound-induced microbubble cavitation has significant mechanical damage to the canine prostate.
