为了帮助外经贸企业尽快掌握电子商务这一现代化操作手段,上海市电子商务系列培训考核办公室在1999年推出《电子商务基础》项目。上海经贸电子商务培训中心章学拯教授参与了制定《电子商务培训与考核》大纲、编写教材、承担电视录象片的主讲等工作,该培训中心还负责组织全市各培训点的电子商务师资培训等工作,现已举办6期《电子商务基础》、《信息技术应用基础》等共26个教学班,培训学员1184人,参加市统考合格率97%,受到广大学员的好评。市考核办将在2000年底推
