随着电子信息化、网络化时代的到来,传统模式的图书馆服务功能已经远远不能满足读者多样化的信息需求。在这种现状下,建立一个集网络、电子出版物于一体的多功能、现代化电子图书室已成为必然的趋势。本文从建立电子图书室的必要性出发,剖析基层图书馆建立电子图书室存在的困难,并提出一些相应的解决对策,拟对基层图书馆如何立足于电子信息时代的发展作些探讨。
With the arrival of electronic information and networked era, the traditional mode of library service has been far from meeting the diverse information needs of readers. Under this current situation, it is an inevitable trend to build a multi-functional and modern electronic library integrating network and electronic publications. Based on the necessity of establishing e-library, this paper analyzes the difficulties in setting up e-library in grass-roots library and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem. It is proposed that how to base grass-root library on the development of e-information era.
