为了提高食品品质和延长食品保质期,以及受到特定的加工工艺限制,往往会在食品加工生产过程中添加食品添加剂。然而,生活中对于一些食品安全问题的报道层出不穷,一方面是食品生产加工企业自身所存在的种种问题终于浮出水面;另一方面也反映出社会视角对食品安全的关注度也成上升趋势。因此,研究如何精确检测出食品中所含的食品添加剂的种类和使用量对于食品生产企业以及监测部门而言都具有重要的价值,也成为了当下研究的重点。其中,超高效液相色谱凭借其诸多优点,已成为食品添加剂检测的重要工具,自问世以来在食品添加剂的检测中有着十分广泛的应用。
In order to improve food quality and extend the shelf life of food, as well as being restricted by specific processing techniques, food additives are often added during the food processing and production process. However, there are endless reports on some food safety issues in life. On the one hand, the problems existing in the food production and processing enterprises have finally surfaced; on the other hand, social attention has also been on increasing concern for food safety. Therefore, studying how to accurately detect the type and amount of food additives contained in foodstuffs is of great value to food manufacturers and monitoring departments, and has become the focus of current research. Which, by virtue of its many advantages, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography has become an important tool for the detection of food additives, since its inception in the detection of food additives has a very wide range of applications.
