油封弹簧圈一般是采用冷拉的中、高级碳素弹簧钢丝和合金弹簧钢丝绕制的。冷拉的钢丝具有很高的塑性和较好的强度。我厂生产的全封闭芯柱式油封弹簧圈系用60号以上(如65锰、70号和80号)的冷拉钢丝绕制,然后在盐浴中进行中温回火热处理的。经我们多年来的实践证明,中温回火热处理是一种成本低、操作方便、设备简单、对油封弹簧圈性能有较大提高的方法。现简介如下,仅供参考。
Oil seal spring coil is generally cold drawn, carbon spring steel wire and alloy spring wire around the system. Cold-drawn steel has high plasticity and good strength. The full closed stem oil seal spring coil produced by our factory is made of cold-drawn steel wire with the number of 60 or above (such as 65 manganese, 70 and 80), and then tempered at a moderate temperature in a salt bath. After years of our practice proved that the temperature tempering heat treatment is a low cost, easy to operate, simple equipment, the performance of the oil seal has greatly improved the method.
