通过对全国学生定向越野赛桂林工学院运动员失误情况统计分析,根据定向运动的特点与本人的个人经验以及与专家的访谈来分析学生在定向越野比赛技术方面存在的问题,提出改进定向越野的技能训练方法,为以后的定向运动训练与教学提供参考。 Through the statistical analysis of Guilin Institute of Technology athletes’ mistakes in the National Student Cross-country Cross-country Championship, according to the characteristics of orienteering, personal experience and interviews with experts, the author analyzes the problems of students in the technology of Orienteering competition and puts forward some suggestions to improve the skills of Orienteering Training methods for the future direction of sports training and teaching provide a reference.
