广西柳城县一座小型水电站,装机2×640千瓦,水头46米,最大引用流量3.0米~3/秒,压力水管为现场浇筑(整体式)的钢筋混凝土管,内径1.2米,外径1.7米。管壁内布置双层环向钢筋,纵向布置构造钢筋。压力水管自1980年建成后,因施工质量未能满足设计要求,在投入运行不久,由于温度变化而产生了环向裂缝,至1982年初在206米管段范围内,共出现环向裂缝21条,其中有8条裂缝宽达3~5厘米,变成若干分段孤立的管段。1982年5月曾对这些裂缝作过一次全面处理,但经过两个月运行后,大部分裂缝又大量漏水,因而被迫停机。
