我国的社会经济建设迅猛发展,尤其是交通事业,各种公路桥梁工程不断竣工。在公路桥梁等工程项目里,防水设计是其中关键一点,项目的防水设计性能直接关系着整个公路桥梁工程的质量。针对桥梁的主体来讲,梁体内部的钢结构以及预应力钢绞线等金属物体接触水汽后会产生生锈、断裂或者开裂等状况,这可能严重影响整个桥梁的安全性能。设立完善的桥梁构造防水系统是增强桥梁构造可靠性的主要技术要求之一,防水的性能好坏直接决定桥梁的整体使用寿命。本文主要讨论了公路桥梁工程自动化防水设计及先进材料的应用,以期提升公路桥梁的整体性能。
The rapid development of social and economic construction in our country, especially in transportation, has resulted in the continuous completion of various road and bridge projects. In highway bridges and other projects, waterproof design is one of the key point, the project’s waterproof design performance is directly related to the quality of the entire highway bridge project. For the main body of the bridge, the steel structure inside the beam body and the metal objects such as prestressed steel strand will generate rust, fracture or cracking after being exposed to water vapor, which may seriously affect the safety performance of the entire bridge. The establishment of a perfect bridge structure waterproofing system is to enhance the reliability of the bridge structure, one of the major technical requirements, waterproof performance directly determines the overall life of the bridge. This paper mainly discusses the automatic waterproof design of highway bridges and the application of advanced materials in order to improve the overall performance of highway bridges.
