作者通过肾α_1受体拮抗剂[3H]Prazosin,采用放射配体结合分析法观察大白鼠缺血60min时肾脏α_1肾上腺素受体的变化。结果发现大白鼠肾α_1受体具有高、低亲和力两个位点。正常组高亲和力位点的平衡解离常数Kd_1为0.185±0.022nmol/L,[~3H] Prazosin的最大结合量Bmax_1为3.298±0.131nmol/mg蛋白;
The renal α 1 receptor antagonist [3H] Prazosin was used and the changes of α 1 adrenergic receptor in the kidney were observed by radioligand binding assay 60 min after ischemia. The results showed that rat renal α_1 receptor has two sites of high and low affinity. The equilibrium dissociation constant Kd_1 of the high affinity sites of normal group was 0.185 ± 0.022 nmol / L, and the maximum binding amount of [~ 3H] Prazosin Bmax_1 was 3.298 ± 0.131 nmol / mg protein.
