It’s hard to describe the complex feeling of my moment in an accurate language. If this is a real scene, then I am going back and forth between complete death and lucky survival ... normal people blink a dozen times per minute on average, usually 2 ~ 6s will blink once, each blink with 0.2 ~ 0.4s time. Inadvertent blinking action is actually a protective action, it can make the tears evenly distributed in the cornea and conjunctiva to keep the cornea and conjunctiva moist. Blink action also allows the retina and eye muscle to get a temporary rest, but during this period the brain can not receive outside visual signals. In other words, in the blink of an eye, you become “blind” instantly.
