加强密封基础理论研究,可以指导密封件合理结构的设计。本文探索密封件结构与应力分布关系,弄清密封件的摩擦特性及润滑状态。通过 Y 形密封圈结构参数变化来观察其应力分布;模拟试验泄漏量建立结构参数与应力分布关系;应力分布与泄漏量关系,从而建立结构参数与应力分布泄漏量关系。为往复密封结构设计参数选择提供依据。
Strengthen the basic theory of seal research, can guide the rational design of seals. This paper explores the relationship between the structure of the seal and the stress distribution, clarify the friction characteristics and lubrication of the seal. The stress distribution was observed by the structural parameters of the Y-ring. The relationship between the structural parameters and the stress distribution and the relationship between the stress distribution and the leakage were established by simulating the leakage of the seal. The relationship between the structural parameters and the stress distribution was established. Provide the basis for selection of design parameters of reciprocating seal structure.
