目的了解永康市各级医疗机构消毒质量现状,为预防和控制医院感染提供依据。方法 2006-2010年连续对永康市24所医疗机构进行消毒质量监测。结果共采样6 945份,合格5 827份,平均总合格率为83.90%,其中2006-2010年合格率分别为83.32%、82.91%、82.57%、84.55%和86.04%;直属医疗机构、卫生院和私营医疗机构合格率分别为87.15%、80.99%和84.30%。结论医疗机构的消毒质量还有待提高和改善,应加大监督检测力度,采取干预措施,提高医疗机构的消毒质量。
Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Yongkang and provide evidence for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods From 2006 to 2010, the quality of disinfection of 24 medical institutions in Yongkang City was continuously monitored. Results A total of 6 945 samples were obtained, with a total of 5827 samples passing the survey. The average passing rate was 83.90%, of which 83.32%, 82.91%, 82.57%, 84.55% and 86.04% respectively from 2006 to 2010. The direct medical institutions, And private medical institutions pass rates were 87.15%, 80.99% and 84.30%. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions needs to be improved and improved. Supervision and detection should be strengthened and interventions should be taken to improve the disinfection quality of medical institutions.
