小梁切除术后常因巩膜瓣粘连而失败。Kozlov[1、2]首创的深层巩膜切除联合胶原植入术虽已获得显著疗效,而且其植入物又有多种尝试,如Stegmann[3]改用透明质酸钠 GV,Sourdille[4]改用交键透明质酸(reticulated hyaluronic acid),但都不适用于闭角型青光眼。因此对于我国这样一个闭角型青光眼占绝大多数的国家以及全球的闭角型青光眼患者,尚需探索一种新的手术方法。笔者设计了一种穿透性小梁切除术联合滤道成形术(Penetrating Trabeculectomy & FilteringPathway Plasty,PT&FPP),并在前期实验研究的基础上,为1例患者进行了首例临床尝试。
Trabeculectomy often scleral flap adhesion failure. Kozlov [1,2], the original sclerectomy combined with collagen implantation has achieved significant results, and its implants have a variety of attempts, such as Stegmann [3] to sodium hyaluronate GV, Sourdille [4] Switch to the use of cross-linked hyaluronic acid (reticulated hyaluronic acid), but not for angle-closure glaucoma. So for our country such a closed angle glaucoma accounted for the vast majority of countries and global angle-closure glaucoma patients still need to explore a new surgical method. The author designed a Penetrating Trabeculectomy & Filtering Pathway Plasty (PT & FPP), and based on the previous experimental studies, we conducted the first clinical trial for one patient.
