目的:探讨优质护理在急诊科的应用与效果。方法:选取2011年1月-12月200例急诊患者作为对照组,实施常规护理;选取2016年1月-12月200例急诊患者作为实验组,实施优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:实验组急诊患者对环境设施、服务态度、操作技术、治疗及时、服务流程及健康教育的满意度均明显高于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施优质护理后,急诊患者的满意度与护理服务质量明显提高,护士整体素质及医院服务品质显著提升,有效缓解了医患关系,提升了医院的品牌和形象。持续、深入、健康地开展优质护理在临床中具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the application and effect of quality nursing in emergency department. Methods: 200 emergency patients from January to December in 2011 were selected as the control group to carry out routine care. 200 emergency patients from January to December in 2016 were selected as the experimental group, and high-quality nursing was performed. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction degree of emergency patients in experimental group to environmental facilities, service attitude, operation technique, timely treatment, service flow and health education were significantly higher than those in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: After the implementation of quality nursing care, the satisfaction and nursing service quality of emergency patients have been significantly improved. The overall quality of nurses and the quality of hospital services have been significantly improved. The relationship between doctors and patients has been effectively alleviated and the brand and image of the hospital have been enhanced. Continuous, in-depth and healthy development of quality care is clinically important.
