如今,企业的市场竞争已经发生了质的变化。对于许多企业来说,统计市场占有率已没有企业拥有的忠诚顾客的数量重要。企业要想长久发展,就必须拥有稳定的忠诚顾客。而顾客忠诚又建立在顾客满意的基础上,企业必须拥有顾客的满意,并且熟知怎样才能使顾客满意,并在顾客满意的基础上更进一步获得顾客的忠诚,才能更加长远的发展。
Today, the market competition of enterprises has undergone qualitative changes. For many companies, the statistical market share is no longer important for the number of loyal customers owned by the company. For a company to develop for a long time, it must have stable and loyal customers. And customer loyalty is built on the basis of customer satisfaction.
