现代法治精神和程序理念倡导对权力的监督与制约,进而防范公权力的恣意行使。本文尝试探讨构建以检察机关为主导的对物强制性措施的监督机制,以确保职务犯罪侦查中对物强制性措施的规范、公正、高效行使。
The spirit of the modern rule of law and the concept of procedure advocate the supervision and restriction of power and thus prevent the arbitrary exercise of public power. This article attempts to explore the establishment of a supervision mechanism based on procuratorial agencies to enforce the mandatory measures to ensure the standard, fair and efficient exercise of compulsory measures in the investigation of duty crime.
