学校以教学工作为中心,教学以提高教学质量为中心,课堂教学以提高学生的基础知识水平和基本技能为中心,是我校教学管理工作一贯坚持的一条基本原则。近几年来,我们通过狠抓教师素质的提高、教研活动的开展、教学结构的调整和教学质量的考核,使我校的教学质量得到稳步提高,在全省一直处于较高水平。一、严格培养青年教师。建设一支德才兼备、结构合理的教师队伍是提高学校教学质量的前提和保证。我校一贯重视教师队伍建设,特别是青年教师的培养。我校共有教职工138人,其中教师(含“双肩挑”)108人,40岁以下的青年教师有47人,培养青
